Cooking Without Fire Competition

Hospitality science association in collaboration with IQAC and hospitality science departmnet organized cooking without fire on 22-09-2023 at 2:50pm in the training kitchen. The main objective of conducting this competition was to encourage students to have healthy lifestyle with healthy food. Ms Vineetha Mendonca, Hospitality association co-ordinator welcomed all the participants and the judges. Team were judged on the basis of taste, creativity and presentation. 12 teams enrolled for the competition out of which 9 teams that is total of 18 participants along with 6 volunteers participated from different classes. The judges of the competition were Mrs Prathiba Dsouza, department of FND. and Mr Arith Dsouza, department of BHS. The competition started at 3:00pm and ended at 4:00pm. The first place bagged by Maryam and team from II B.com, and  the second place was bagged by Martin and team from I BHS. The winners and participants were appreciated for taking active part.
