Kannada Group singing Competition
The
Cultural Association, in collaboration with the Department of Languages,
organized an Inter class Kannada Patriotic singing competition
on occasion of Kannada Rajyothsava. The
event held on October 25, 2024 at 3:30 PM in the ground floor auditorium. The
primary aim of the competition was to foster the all-round development of students, provide a
platform to showcase their hidden talent, and celebrate the rich culture and traditions of Karnataka by
paying tribute to the Kannada language. A total of 13 teams registered, out of which 12 teams participated, comprising 110 enthusiastic students. The competition was
judged based on criteria such as melody, pronunciation, clarity, coordination
and overall impact. The winners were as follows: First
place: 2nd FND students, Second
place: 3rd BCOM students, Third
place: 2nd BBA students.
