On September 27, 2024, at 10 AM, a session was conducted by the woman cell about understanding the do’s and don’ts for personal safety and well-being was conducted . The resource person for the event was Mrs. Glancia Fernandes, HOD of Commerce and Management , Milagres College spoke on following important topics, Behavior in college and classrooms, Interactions with male students, Washroom hygiene and cleanliness, Personal hygiene and dress code, and she explained about the vending machine and the insulator provided in the college for the students convenience. Rev.Fr.Dr.Michael Santhumayor, the Principal, emphasized the importance of women’s values and practices both within the colleges and in society. Ms.Pournami from 3rd year FND, welcomed the gathering and Ms.Ayshathul Raasika the women’s cell coordinator, proposed vote of thanks. A total of 176 girls attended the session.
